simple…
First you will need a
phone or modem and an
etisalat line (easy cliq
preferable) to perform this
operation. Are you with me?

Before using this software, you
must have java runtime
environment (jre) on your pc.

To download java run time go
to http://filehippo.com . Now
go here to download the toonel
software http://

NOTE: - Make sure you connect
your phone or modem to the
internet before you performing
this operation…

Open your toonel/t-booster by
double clicking the location
icon.
Now go to your browser
and set it as follows: http
proxy: localhost port: 8080
Now start flexing …

TRICKS TO MAKE THE T-BOOSTER/
TOONEL FASTER…

You must have opened the
software by now. Abi?
On the software interface go
to WEB, now change the GIF
QUALITY to “low” and change
JPEG QUALITY to “10” now click
apply. Close and restart…
